Occupational Health & Safety
Safe employees, calm inspections.
Occupational health and safety is a legal obligation for every employer, regardless of company size. The goal is to prevent workplace injuries, occupational diseases and downtime, which is achieved through well-prepared documentation and consistent implementation of measures.
Safe Solution takes over all OHS tasks: from the risk assessment, through a permanently engaged safety officer, to cooperation with the labour inspectorate. You run your business, we track deadlines and regulations.

What is a risk assessment document?
It is the core OHS document. For each workplace it identifies hazards, assesses risk and prescribes measures to reduce it. Without it an employer cannot fulfil the other obligations.
Does the risk assessment expire?
It has no fixed expiry date, but it must be updated when conditions change: a new workplace, new equipment, a change in the work process or after a serious injury. We monitor these changes and propose updates in time.
Does a small company need an OHS officer?
Obligations depend on the number of employees, the type of business and the regulations in Brčko District, the Federation of BiH or Republika Srpska. Send us an enquiry and we will tell you exactly what your company needs.
The inspectorate has already found deficiencies. Can you help?
Yes. We analyse the inspection report, draw up a remediation plan and prepare the documentation within the given deadline.
Can you take over all OHS duties?
Yes. Through a monthly safety officer service we manage documentation, records, training, testing and deadlines, so you have a single point of contact.
